By accessing or using Pig Out (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

You represent that you are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction and that your use of the Service is lawful where you are located.
3. Gameplay and Tokens
Pig Out is a game experience that may display virtual balances, scores, and rewards. Play tokens and in-app values are for gameplay purposes unless explicitly stated otherwise by HODL FAST LLC.
4. No Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, HODL FAST LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or digital assets arising from your use of the Service.
6. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting to disrupt operations, exploit vulnerabilities, automate unauthorized play, or violate applicable law.
7. Changes to the Service or Terms
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Service at any time. We may also update these Terms. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
